I am passionate about making differences in people's lives.
Therefore, driven by my passions, I chose to leave the corporate world to pursue a change in career over 11 years ago and acquired additional formal qualifications from Australia and overseas in #Fitness, #Yoga, and #Yoga and Pilates Blend.
I have since taught around 7,000 clients of various ages, fitness, gender, status, traumas, culture, complex health, mental and wellness issues through "regular" or "evidence" based;
1) Yoga
2) Yoga & Pilates Blend
3) Chair Stretches (for people who have lesser mobility or physical challenges)
4) Tailored Individual and Group Sessions
My programs are structured on Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinayasa Yoga styles combined with Pilates, Meditation and Fitness studies. Most of my clients have experienced noticeable specific or holistic improvements within 4 to 6 weeks of attending my sessions and some testimonials can be found at the Testimonials page.
Within these 11 years, I fulfilled the responsibility as the ACT Coordinator for the Australian Peak Body for Yoga for 3 years and led the International Yoga Day Events in Canberra with over 400 participants and around 60 volunteers. My profile details can be found at the Profile page.
My classes are based on non-religious principles. I have christian faith and according to individual or organizational clients' requests, I can provide christian yoga and stretch sessions. You can contact me through my contact details above or through the contact page.
